Exhibition: June 2010
June 15th - July 14th The Full Gamut Art Gallery & Coffee House is featuring works by Artwey members Carol and Neil Cruikshank with a particular focus on the sea and nautical themes.

Carol is exhibiting a large textile series of applique panels which depict a variety of scenic subjects - quaint harbours, sailboats at sea, lighthouses and even paragliders! Carol has also designed a new range of funky summer necklaces made with smoothed seaglass and beach-china. Neil is showing some large driftwood sculptures and cabinets he's also fashioned from driftwood - these are really imaginative pieces that are sure to make you smile due to their sheer ingenuity!

For those of you that didn't manage to make it in to the gallery during Dorset Art Weeks, my co-exhibitors Gillian Smeulders (jewellery) and Liz Drake (textiles) have kept a small selection of their work on show with me for you to enjoy. There are also a number of other artists whose work will be supporting the main exhibition - Artwey members Catherine Owen (textiles) and Jane Sherwood (glass beads/jewellery) are among them.
